By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

B. Terms of Service

• Users must be 16 years of age or older.

• We deliver within the specified areas only.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or violation of the terms.

C. Responsibilities

• We are committed to providing a reliable delivery service, but we are not responsible for any delays beyond our control.

• The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information when placing the order.

3. (Refund & Return Policy)

A. Return Policy

Due to the nature of delivery services, orders cannot be returned after delivery, except in the following cases:

• Receiving an incorrect or incomplete order

• Receiving a damaged product due to poor delivery

B. Refund Policy

• In the event that the return is approved, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the case.

• Refunds are processed within [number of days, e.g. 5-7 business days] via the same payment method used.

4. (Shipping Policy)

A. Delivery Areas

We deliver within the State of Kuwait

B. Delivery Times
• Delivery is within 24 hours depending on driver availability.
• Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or order volume.

C. Delivery Fees
• Delivery fees are calculated based on location and distance, and will be shown to the customer before order confirmation.
• Free delivery may be provided when a certain order limit is exceeded.

D. Order Confirmation and Tracking
• Order confirmation notification will be sent via SMS or email.
• The customer can track the delivery status through our platform if requested.

E. Delivery Failure

If the customer is unable to receive the order at the specified location, the order will be retried or cancelled with a possible redelivery fee.
